What to include
What happened and what you expected, with a screenshot if it helps.
If you write from the app (Settings › Support › Contact us), the app version, your phone model and your account ID are already filled in. Please leave them. If you write from somewhere else, tell us the phone number you sign in with so we can find your account.
Report something in a space
Touch and hold the message, photo, video, song, link, comment or list entry, then tap Report. To report a person, touch and hold their name under Who’s in. To report the space itself, tap ••• at the top right.
We review every report and aim to act within 24 hours. To stop seeing someone, tap Block after reporting, or find them later under Settings › Blocked.
Delete your account
Tap your picture at the top right of the home screen, then Delete account at the bottom of your profile. It’s immediate and can’t be undone.
If you host a space other people have joined, hand it over first or delete it: open the space, tap Edit at the top right, then Transfer hosting under Hosting. What gets erased is in section 6 of the Privacy Policy, How long we keep it.
